Here you can download the mandatory patient information sheets (PIL) and the Summary of Safety and Clinical Performance (SSCP) for the Teleon intraocular lenses available in your country.
Please select the country, lens model and document type (PIL or SSCP) you require from the drop-down menus on the left and then click on "Send".
NOTE: For all countries except Australia >> Please select either ‘All ACUNEX IOLs’ or ‘All LENTIS / FEMTIS IOLs’ under ‘Model’. The PIL and SSCP apply to the entire product family in each case.
